After any advice or tips.
I managed to get to wk4 run 1 3 weeks ago, on my 1st attempt I pulled my right calf and had to head home. I took a week off and then went back and completed wk 3 again.
Felt fine doing this with no pain or stiffness.
I've just got back from my 2nd attempt at wk 4 run 1 and again hurt my right calf. I warmed up, I was fine and felt good for the first 3, 5 and 3 min run and then on my last 5min run felt it go so I stopped and walked home.
How can I move on from this stage as I'm starting to get really frustrated with my sick note right calf 😔
