Just finished 3rd run of wk 3 and cant believe i have done it after how i felt in wk 1. Was still very hard but i pushed through it. I have looked at wk 4 and not sure how i will get through at first attempt but i eventually will π. I know i have only done 3 minutes but extremely proud 50 year old here. Onwards and upwards

Just think how you'd have felt about someone asking you to do "only 3 minutes" in W1.
Don't worry about W4, your body has already started getting you ready for it and will carry on working even while you sleep. How great is that?
Each week prepares you for the next. Trust the plan and believe that your incredible body will indeed adapt to the challenge.

Every week I feel I have achieved something. I didnβt think I could do Week 3 but I surprised myself. Previous posts are quite right in that each week prepares you for the next. 3 weeks ago I was on the couch and decided to do the challenge. I am enjoying running and I look forward to going onto the track. Stick with the plan it will serve you well it will. π
