Failed. Despite the sun it was really windy, I’m not using excuses, that was hard. It’s the same run as my last one but for whatever reason it didn’t click today.
Cheesed off and now have to go into a 4 day training session webinar for work.

I felt like that after my Friday run. Its just the same amount of running. Mind over matter. You can do this. Believe it, believe in yourself. 🙂
