Got my week 1 run 3 tomroow but don't think be doing it as my right leg is so sore my muscle back of my leg my calf and my ankle was a little sore this morning when got up. I think I am gonna have to miss out the hill I have been doing when I can go out again.. Gutted

Just give it an extra day’s rest or so.
I will but I didn't want to.. I not too sure what to do before or after the run and like on rest days as I think I need to strengthen my calf etc
I’m no expert in calf pain I’m afraid. I’m more of a knee pain person 🤣
