Can’t believe I have managed to run for 28 minutes when just a few weeks ago 1 minute was hard.
I am doing this with my son whilst we are working from home and it has really given us something to work towards and we are looking forward to doing Parkrun when we are able to.
In week 4 we changed from running round a running track to running round a park which is uphill on 2 sides (on the plus side slightly downhill on the other 2 😊) At that time one uphill was enough and today we completed 6 laps so feel chuffed with that.
I would recommend this program to anyone that wants to start running and to anyone just starting out I would say keep going it really works 😀🏃♀️
