Did it! Moved on to the second week - this one was really good as I was able to keep walking the whole time and didn't have to sit down or stop at all. But I did stop early on a couple of the runs.

I also ran this one in the middle of 24* heat so was a good workout. This time I didn't have leg pain that completely stopped me, shows some progress I hope! I also did a big stretch before I ran which probably helped also.

Honestly, I think week2 is easier than week1. But that's just my experience- and probably due to me pushing through week 1 first!
