Just finished Week 7- miraculously!

That's 3 runs of 25 mins and I'm still here to tell the tale. I'd never have started if it hadn't been for lockdown and the streets being so empty that I didn't feel self-conscious about looking foolish (turns out no one notices anyway!).

Got added boost from - believe it or not - old power-pop tracks like 'Cruel to be Kind,' 'Favourite Waste of Time,' 'Hey Julie' (Fountains of Wayne), 'I Saw The Light' (Todd Rundgren) and 'September Gurls' (Big Star). Also, country-music tracks like Mary Chapin Carpenter, Dixie Chicks,' Trisha Yearwood and Tift Merritt. Maybe not cool, but strangely energising (something about the rhythm).
