Week 7 R1

Set off this morning feeling really positive and took for the first time a new route for the first mile. It really helped having somewhere different to run,I then joined my usual route half way through and it went much quicker than I anticipated. Felt so delighted a couple of days ago doing 25 mins without stopping ( very challenging) and could not stop smiling all day and now today being easier was such a blessing - kept saying to myself you've done this already!! Also stopped at the end and enjoyed the park view which I normally just run past without really enjoying it.
