I've just completed run 1 of week 6. People have posted that this is a tough run after W5, but as I started off I thought this isn't bad. How wrong was I the third run was a killer. But I kept thinking if all you guys out there doing it and I kept going. I think the support of this group is invaluable!

Great job... it’s certainly a tough workout, but it’s about pacing and then coaching yourself through the last interval, which it seems you did perfectly! I often think of everyone here while I’m running too, and it’s given me the drive to finish many a tough run.

Well done! I remember finding that particular run a real struggle too. I've now restarted the programme and I'm sort of looking forward to it, see if I can enjoy it a bit more this time round 🤞
