I’m finding it soooo difficult with the heat! I jog for 10 mins and I’m almost passing out! Head starts thumping! And feeling sick! Even as a child I suffered with the heat. I know what everyone is thinking “wait til it’s cooler” makes no difference, Iv tried jogging in the morning and the evening! Still exhausting n draining with the heat! 😓
I drink plenty of water so I’m not dehydrating, not sure what to do for the best.

Are you in the UK...because it is about to get much cooler again
Otherwise...great hydration, all the time, early runs.. 5.30 a.m. until 7.... and the right clothing.... that and taking it very slow and steady...Taking a small bottle of water to pour over your wrists or rub on the back of your neck may help, in extreme heat.
Yes I’m in the uk, never thought of the back of the neck! Would a wet towel be ok or would that overheat me? Roll on cooler weather! I usually run around 8am
What quite of clothing are you wearing? Do run in specialist running gear? You may need to wear a hat. And maybe put a ice pack between you head and your hat to keep your temperature down. Maybe carry water. Not sure 🤔 maybe out people may have suggestions.
