Week 6 done - chuffed to bits

Hi all, five weeks ago I couldn't run 90 seconds without dying (started on week 2) and now I've just ran 25 minutes without stopping... after a stressful week I feel on top of the moon! Fully recommend running not just for the fitness benefits but the mental benefits.. and running outside is so much less boring than the treadmill, what have I been doing my whole life??

Well done! I have just finished week 7 and I’ve only just run outside, I went further then I’ve ever gone on a treadmill and enjoyed it much more! Xx
