I finished up Week 6 yesterday!! The 25 minute run wasn't excruciating.. but I definitely started feeling tired around 17-18 minutes in (or maybe I was just annoyed because I was sweating...) Nevertheless, I completed it!!! And it really didn't take a long time for me to warm down afterwards either!
Moving on to Week 7, I will be trying without the podcast... I'm ready for my own music!!

Well done you thatโs great news , I must say I found it a little hard at the 15 min mark but managed to pick the pace up for the last min ๐, Iโll be starting wk7 in Monday looking forward to that 25 min run again !!!! , ๐ฎ๐
