I finished up Week 6 yesterday!! The 25 minute run wasn't excruciating.. but I definitely started feeling tired around 17-18 minutes in (or maybe I was just annoyed because I was sweating...) Nevertheless, I completed it!!! And it really didn't take a long time for me to warm down afterwards either!
Moving on to Week 7, I will be trying without the podcast... I'm ready for my own music!!
