So.... the woman who hasn't run for 90 continuous seconds for the 30 years since leaving school has just done a series of 90 second runs for W2R1!!! I cannot even begin to tell you all how pleased I am... I actually feel like crying!! Or maybe that's just the exhaustion and aching shins.... Who knows?!? Happy weekend to you all x
