I struggled a bit today but I managed it running on empty at the end. It felt harder than W3 R1 but I’m not going to dwell on it - I suppose I can expect to have the odd off day - the encouragement on here is a great support.

Good luck with run 3.... I found week 2 run 2 the hardest (not yet up to run 2 of week 3, that will be Sunday, and it can't be worse than today).
Just keep running...
