Thankfully that was easier than R1, which it should be, now to dig in ready for W4.
Yesterday I went on my bike along the river path and measured 2.5k out along my track, it seems an awfull long way from where I turned back today.

Patrick, you can do this....
Slow and steady...are you using the Couck to 5K podcast, or do I remember you saying you weren't?
I feel, that getting tied up with actual distance (or speed) can really play havoc with your mind set; that is just me though.
If you just follow the programme, it takes you very naturally onto each week.. and you just sort of do it?
Well done Patrick. Each run is building up your stamina and running legs so no wonder today's run felt easier. Fab stuff!
You're doing great Patrick. Don't worry about distance yet. The way I see it the 5k distance will be a nice target to keep me focussed after graduating. I like to have a goal 😁
Hi Patrick, I've just finished Week 2 so I am a bit behind you, so you are my motivation. I keep looking back at that amazing photo you took of the owl - stunning. Please post some more photos if you see any amazing wildlife on your runs.
