Hi all iv just done run 2 of week 5 and could nt complete it . I’m not using F word. My problem is so far Iv done all my running in the house and iv finally plucked up the courage to go outside and I found it so hard like I’d never run before. Should I go back to the beginning and make sure I run outside all the time . I didn’t know it would be so different thanks

Do you think you are maybe running faster outside? Or maybe your route is too hilly? I have to make myself run like a tortoise or else I’d never finish and I’ve given up worrying how I look 😂 I also rerouted to the absolutely flattest one I could do for w5r3 or I wouldn’t have managed it. Good luck with w5r2 take 2 x
