W4 R2 ... slow and steady... long live the shuffle jog

Just completed W4 R2 at a very steady pace, so the 5 min sections were doable. I could feel my calves pain starting so I think I might go back to 2 days rest inbetween which worked really well for me. But this mornings weather (after only one day rest) drew me out. I got the (shuffling) jogging bug, it seems.

Upwards and onwards....

Well done congrats. Yes the shuffle is s great name for what I do !! Stay well I’m just off on my first week three session.
