Week 6 run 3 shuffle jog!

I just did my 3rd shuffle jog of week 6! I was sitting at home trying to tell myself I can do this for 25 minutes! I’m a self confessed lazy moo! I don’t exercise apart from walking my dog. I’m proud of myself even though I am slow. My buzz comes from the achievement of pushing myself till the end. Bring on week 7! 😁

Slow is not a problem........it is the secret.

An easy conversational pace equates to approximately 75% of your maximum heart rate, which is the perfect zone to build the solid aerobic base required to run faster and further, which is why it is the pace at which elite athletes spend up to 80% of their training time.

Faster is not better.

Well done.
