Week 4 completed

So I made the right decision to go back a week and redo week 4. Completed early this morning and feeling really pleased. Unfortunately I did the same silly thing as I did before and looked at week 5.

How on earth do you make the change from 5 minutes to 8 minutes to 20 minutes?!?!

Help!

You will surprise yourself. Don't panic and listen to Laura. She knows what she's doing. Good luck

You will amaze yourself - I felt the same so I just put one foot in front of the other then I was grinning like a loon when I realised I'd made it !!

Trust Laura :)

Matthew 6 v 34 - sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Try not to worry about what is coming next. Just do the run for each day, take it steady and when you have done it you will be ready to do the next one when it comes round. It does seem mad but it works!

Morning Herb ! First of all, don't worry. Most of us asked ourselves the same question, in fact it gave me a couple of days of sheer panic to be honest :-)

You do exactly what you've been doing already, slow and steady, trust in Laura and the programme, this is where the mental strength and stamina building come to the fore.

You can do it, you really can ! Deep breaths, keep calm, one foot in front of the other...

The sense of achievement you will have when you complete the 20 minute run is amazing !

Good Luck ! :-) xxx

You will do it. Believe in yourself. It's all in your head. I struggled with the first one so really slowed it down on the advice of lovely peeps on here and got through run 2 and 3 fine. you will do it and you will be so happy!!!

Well done on completing w4. Many of us have commented on the jump to 20 minutes but the majority complete it. You've built up to this point so believe in the programe and yourself and go for it. If you find you can't complete it at the first attempt then just redo it until you can. You may just surprise yourself ;)
