Started week 6 today by completing Run 1, I found the start of the last 5 minute run tough but ran it off and finished strong. Feel very good today. Next one is the 25 minutes runso looking forward to that.

Well done. Week six is the mother of all runs but you can do it if you go slowly. Slow and steady is key ! 💪🙂🏃♂️

Thanks guys everyone is so supportive that’s so good.
I did Week 6 Run 2 today, I had thought ir was the 25 minute run but it is the 2 x 10 minute runs which I felt very good doing, I was apprehensive about the 25 minute run which I still need to do later this week.
