Firstly I boob called my husband, yes, I run with my phone tucked in my bra! Somehow that paused the app, so I ended up doing a much longer walk in between runs than I should have done. I run in a really secluded area to avoid people, but today there were humans - on my patch! I pulled to one side out of courtesy to let them pass, but they did not reciprocate so I stopped mid run to turn away to let them pass safely 😠
However (a big step for me) on the last 2 runs, for the last minute of the last run, I actually ran on a public road! That was a big deal!
I know I have run over a 8 day week of late, so my aim going forward is to complete each week within 7 days.
So on to week 5 and whatever that may bring!

Not wise to put a phone so close to any part of your body, think radiation, trying to avoid people isn't all that easy so I suppose it was a good idea to go on to the main road
Well done on completing run 3 of week 4, you are correct on saying "week 5 and whatever that may bring", I am always advising people not to look ahead at coming weeks and telling them to wait for instructions from their coach, onwards and upwards to week 5😊🏃🏾
Well done! Especially with all the obstacles! I've found running around the houses, literally, along residential streets, rather than along the main roads, or the park, is actually where least likely to run in to people. And if I do, easier for us to swerve around each other. Agree about finding someplace better to keep your phone, if even to stop moisture seeping in to it and ruining it. I invested in one of those armband thingies and once got used to putting it properly on, it has been a gamechanger. Plus can store my key, a bank card, keeps my headphones out of the way etc. I got this one: amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08...
