We’ve sorted the going to work thing, I walk there and Willow picks me up at the end of the day, today was funny because I looked at the rota and found I wasn’t working til 6pm I was finishing at 5pm so I text Willow and went to change, in the car were my running trainers, so nice to get my damp ones off. Every time I went anywhere i stood on the disinfectant may and today’s shoes let the water in mMarch up the hill stomp along the top, it was a bit slow because I kept having to stop to take photos it’s lovely up there, then we ran down through the wood across the bottom of the field through the last bit of wood a lap round the car park.... garmin buzzed fastest mile ever woo hoo. It may be down hill but lots of tree roots to negotiate. I can’t believe we’ve run every day so far in May

Stay safe be happy 😃

Just be careful when running where there are a lot of tree roots to negotiate, I wouldn't want you to trip over any of them, that's great that you have ran every day in May so far, more great photo's from you.

Thanks Al, it was fun and we aren’t fast and very careful, but i’m a lot more sure footed than i was before we started. Willow went off way in front It’s so beautiful there any time of year

I still can’t believe how fast we walked up that hill it’s steep and our legs are so much stronger

Fastest mile!!!

You are on it.

I know I was surprised i mean it was downhill for most of a mile but trees roots brambles and nettles it didn’t feel fast

It sounds like willow is enjoying his running again sola. That’s great.

For any runners doing the c25k or recent graduates, running everyday is not recommended until you’ve been running for a year, as your body needs rest days to repair micro tears in your muscles.

Maybe you need to come over to the bridge forum. 😂😂

Yes i hat would be a better place to post but i always feel a bit of a fraud over there because we don’t even often run 5k and when we do it’s very slow so a 10k forum seems more for real runners
