Amazing! I completed week 5 day 3 last night and you feel so chuffed with yourself you just want to tell people π
How was running for 25 minutes? Are you ready for no more intervals?
Definitely! Never thought I'd be a runner but I'm loving it.
Around 18 minutes I got a little tired but ploughed through and was able to have a little sprint at the end. π
