Did w1r2 today and feel fab. My 17yr old son is my running partner and motivator. I am painfully slow, but his trainered feet keep me going. Weightloss and fitness are my goals.
We're adding a playlist to help keep some kind of pace.
I WILL get this nailed by the time I hit 50 years old in November.
I do have trouble with my knees so any tips on keeping them safe would be welcomed. 👍
