Ugh, had actually been really psyched up to move on to W4R1, having really surprised myself with getting through W3. I went for my first run in the rain the other day, but that was just a light sprinkle and it was actually quite refreshing, and dare I say, I think I actually enjoyed myself. However, over the past two days it has been heavy and icy cold rain, and...it is now hailing! Is it too much to have three rest days? I really don't want to lose my momentum but last thing I want to do is A) get a cold/sick from being out in this weather, or B) slip and fall due to it being slippy (had a badly broken ankle which took three surgeries to fix. Bit stuck as to what is best to do.

Absolutely! Three rest days, or more, is perfectly fine. I certainly wouldn't want to run in hail!!

Wow where are you?!
It hailed at parkrun once. Painful in a T-shirt🤣
In London. It did stop though and went out and did it, W4R1! So pleased! Can't believe I did it!
