Started the programme again from the first run after a rest of about 6 weeks due to injury. I have managed to loose some weight during lockdown ( don't ask me how) and it was a lot easier and no back pain. My daughters are also doing this programme but they are about 3 weeks ahead of me. Feeling the buzz!!
