I started this programme 2 years ago and got completely hooked! One of my proudest achievements was completing my first 5k then working up to 10K by the (very hot) summer.

A change of circumstances followed by a foot injury (Morton’s neuroma) stopped me running last Spring and now I’m very unfit but determined to try again. Just hope my feet don’t let me down! 🦶🦶🙏

Welcome back and well done you..Yes.. I am still here:)

Slow and steady is still the mantra...( yest still banging on about it), and there are loads of new exercises and links to help keep you mobile.

Pop across to Strength and Flex forum... I posted loads f links on there.. and there are some designated to feet!

Thankyou! I’ve already had a go at some of the exercises - I’m going to be much more attentive to strength and flex this time round!

I’m rerunning too after a foot injury. There’s a few of us at the moment who are climbing off the IC and getting back on the C25k bandwagon! Good luck and enjoy 😊

Good luck with starting again post foot injury, you can do this 👍 I did C25K in 2016 and then never ran again 🤷‍♀️ Life and all that but I do intend to get out there and start over 🏃‍♀️
