I started this programme 2 years ago and got completely hooked! One of my proudest achievements was completing my first 5k then working up to 10K by the (very hot) summer.
A change of circumstances followed by a foot injury (Morton’s neuroma) stopped me running last Spring and now I’m very unfit but determined to try again. Just hope my feet don’t let me down! 🦶🦶🙏

So happy you’re still here!! You helped so much last time. Never forgotten slow and steady - became my tag line! Will explore the links you suggest. Hope all ok with you x
Thanks Dexy5 I really appreciate the positive messages. So many happy memories of doing it the first time and how much support, advice and information I found on the forum (and quite a few good laughs too! ) 😊
Thankyou! I’ve already had a go at some of the exercises - I’m going to be much more attentive to strength and flex this time round!
I’m rerunning too after a foot injury. There’s a few of us at the moment who are climbing off the IC and getting back on the C25k bandwagon! Good luck and enjoy 😊
Good luck with starting again post foot injury, you can do this 👍 I did C25K in 2016 and then never ran again 🤷♀️ Life and all that but I do intend to get out there and start over 🏃♀️
