So at 73 I have finally done - did my final run in Sunday around the garden, varying the course between the scenic route (left hand side of the bird table) and the country route taking me a right past the bird bath.
Needless to say the music was vital in getting me in the right state to carry on running.
Bitter sweet? Because it is like finishing a good book I don’t know what I should shoot for next. Any suggestions?
