Well after a tough last run of W9 I have completed the programme. A tough run as leg hurt a bit but managed to keep running and feel great. Never thought would get to this point but now determined I am going to keep it up. First Job donate my £5 to NHS and then tag my friends to do the same.

Does this mean I am a graduate? Any advice on next stage if this journey? Still feel I need some back up to keep it up and maybe extend it.
