Had 10 days off due having tooth abscess and chest pains on my last run on week 8 , so I have decided to repeat week 7. Found this first run tough and nearly gave up as was getting a tightness in my chest again after running for 15 mins but slowed down and pushed through, totally out of breath now but glad I managed it hope run 2 on Wednesday a bit easier 🤞
