Missed two runs last week due to blisters, cocktails and sore calves. Tried The Body Coach. Left my whole body aching for days! But today I paced myself and managed Week 8 Run 2. Could have stopped but used my mind to keep going. Feeling proud 😊

Of the three reasons for not running I’ll go for the cocktails 🤣
