90 seconds :)

Just finished W2R1 and just said to my husband last week that I don't think I can run for 90 seconds. Well I did, and the last 3 runs were uphill. Feeling accomplished :)

Well done to you on that run, for run 2 of week 2 ask your husband to come along with you, perhaps even run.

Well done you - that’s brilliant. I’ve run my W1R3 today and like you I am dreading the first run of week 2 - I don’t think I’ll be able to manage a 90 seconds run. Maybe I will - you have inspired me. Thanks 😊

Take it slow. Just make sure you are walking when you need to walk, and putting in max effort on the 'run' even if it is a 'trot'
