Week 2 run 1 just done and I'm pleased to report that no NHS resources were drained on this occasion πŸ™Œ

Forgot to put ye olde sports bra on though so lucky to still be conscious!

I managed the 90 seconds....just. I wouldn't have wanted to do anymore than that as I really felt it in my legs this time. I am very pleasantly surprised. 😊

Brilliant!!! Keep hydrated on rest days & run days - that helps a lot. And nice and slow is still running. I remember 90 seconds being a miracle - it all is!!

It does *really* help, the one run I had to abandon was due to lack of hydration - it was like a car running out of petrol - my legs just ground to a halt & would not budge!!
