So just started Wk2R1. My god my legs were heavy! Who'd have thought running for 90 seconds would be so tough (blaming heat too!). But did it. No idea how I'm going to get to running 30mins without stopping but enjoying this routine of going to park after work.
90 seconds running.....easy right?!: So just... - Couch to 5K
90 seconds running.....easy right?!
You will get there!
You will get there!
Hey you did it . Don't think about the thirty minute thing . Just one day at a time that's all you need to focus on . I still can't quite believe Laura is telling me I'm a runner now though I don't quite believe her. Keep going this is do-able and incredibly rewarding. Good Luck!
You’ll get stronger each time you run, you’ll recover quicker too!
I go slow & when my legs are heavy I go even slower - slow & steady, plodding along!!
Each run prepares you for the next!!! You can absolutely do this.
90 second runs nearly made me cry..... I started week 8 today!!! Trust the programme & believe in yourself x
You will 💪🏽
Hi just completed w2r1. Was whooping like a loon after the first 90 seconds. My next run is on Thursday evening. It really doesn't matter how fast we run its we are doing it. I try not to look too closely at what is going to come ahead, really too scary. What is coming this week was a bit of a surprise. I thought I was on warm down when Sarah said final run!. Well done you, and plodding is good!
Heavy legs is a possible sign of poor hydration. You need to drink a minimum of 2.5 to 3 litres of fluids each and every day.
