The lockdown has done me some favours. I've had the chance to really look at the food I eat and energy I expend. Since 11th March I've managed to lose 16lbs and, after not running for around 5 years, I got out there thanks to this plan and the motivation of others. Is it a come-back? Probably not but it still felt great to be able to run again, even if it was short distance.

Well done! 😃. Sorry to hear about your back 😟. Good that you’ve taken stock and are making a return to exercise. Hopefully exercise and a healthy diet will get you fit and well again
