Just back! A cooler run this evening. I felt a sense of dread at the beginning of the run, anxious that I wouldn’t be able to complete it.

When Sanjeev said I’d been running for 5 minutes, the thought of another 20 seemed impossible. However I soon settled in and when he told me I was half way through the run, I felt like I could go on.

Before I knew it, there was only 5 minutes to go. A light rain started and it felt good, and cooled me down.

Looking forward to week 7 now - keep going everyone!

Holiday now over and back to WFH from tomorrow 😩 - however, will make sure I’m out running every other day

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, I am sure you are very happy about that, onwards and upwards to week 7.

Well done! 🎉 I did this run today as well, and also felt like that at 5 minutes! But it did get easier, and the feeling after completing 25 mins was amazing!

Just finished the same run. So proud of myself!!! I found the last 7 to 5 minutes absolute hell and then got the same second wind for the last few minutes 😊

Well done all of us for getting this far!
