That was a hard one! Completely my own fault ‘rest day’ was taken up by a 25k hike. So this morning I was stiff and sunburnt! But I wanted to give it a go, told myself even if it’s not as fast as usual at least I’m moving!
After I eased up the run was great (not the steep hill in the middle) and my speed and distance were fine! Hey I can run for 28mins!
Cooler weather coming in this week, il be interested to see how that affects me 😀
