Well done all! I did my first run of week 1 today, hope I last the 9 weeks!

I am sure you will complete the full 9 weeks, congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, 9 weeks is only a guide for anyone who feels that they don't need to repeat runs, don't run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 🏃🏾👍

Completed my 2nd run of week 1 today, more aches and pains than Sunday but found run slightly easier. I'm looking forward to run 3 on Thursday. Thanks for all your encouragement
