Week 4, Run 3 completed

So, Yesterday I completed all the week 4 runs which means I am at the point where my progress has been derailed so many times before. (Usually at this time of year I get some sort of viral chest infection that can lay me low for over a month - so being super, super careful at the moment!).

I was debating wether to repeat week for just for confidence - but I feel confident enough to progress on to week five on Monday - so will see how I go.

PS strange question- but what do people do with their hands when they run - I hold mine in a loose fist - but get really sweaty palms. I open them - and they just flop around!

Loose fist is the ideal really...really loose..like holding a bag of crisps and not wanting ti crush them:) Well done you!

I’ve found that for me my biggest hurdle in this challenge is my mind- my advice don’t wonder if you can do the next week- just get on and do it. That will build your confidence so much more. No more ‘I’ll see how I go’

Tell yourself you’ve got this. Even if it feels like you are lying to yourself! Lol

If you’ve got this far- you can do this!

Keep well
