Completed W5r2 yesterday, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The only thing is the treadmill boredom, I listen to music which helps a bit, I may download some videos to my ipad. R3 is looking scary but I'm determined to finish it this time.

Well done, you are doing really well. Videos are a good idea. I like audio books and podcasts too. A good book can really relieve the boredom. Sometimes I go running, just so I can listen to another chunk.

I listen to audiobooks - it really helps as you have to concentrate on the story and almost forget you’re running!

Unfortunately I'm stuck with my treadmill as I'm shielding as I've had a transplant.
At least when I'm allowed out I'll be a runner 😄
Get prime video or Netflix for videos. It helps!
