Well done, but why the modesty?..........you ran for sixteen minutes in two intervals separated by a five minute brisk walking interval..........total twenty one minutes of strenuous moving.
Well done! We are at the same stage- I did W5 R2 yesterday. A little nervous about R3 which I plan to do tomorrow ( but know I can do it as have completed C25K before a few years back). It’s mostly mental rather than physical from now on.! As you say- amazing the improvement in 5 weeks! Keep going!
