Omg I loved it. I seriously can’t believe I just said that. 2 8 min runs !!!! 5 weeks ago I struggled with a 90 second run!!!! Now I can do 8 mins and up an incline...

Well done, but why the modesty?..........you ran for sixteen minutes in two intervals separated by a five minute brisk walking interval..........total twenty one minutes of strenuous moving.

Well done! We are at the same stage- I did W5 R2 yesterday. A little nervous about R3 which I plan to do tomorrow ( but know I can do it as have completed C25K before a few years back). It’s mostly mental rather than physical from now on.! As you say- amazing the improvement in 5 weeks! Keep going!

I just try to run every other day. I take off an extra day if I’m very tired or if I’m working (I’m cabin crew and still flying)....I am staggered that I loved today’s run !!!

Well done! You've put all the hard work in and this plan really makes you ready for the next step. Enjoy Run 3, it's a brilliant feeling after. You are growing in confidence and stamina and ready for it all now.
