Wow. I did it!! Felt like I had to use mental strength not just physical. Tried to break it down a bit so it didn’t seem overwhelming. Slow but covered 3.2 miles. πŸ’ͺπŸ™‚

I know what comes next - R3 is the one mentioned alot. Any tips on how to do it? It seems such a jump.

Determined but bit nervous of whats ahead πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜•

Well done.

It is not actually a jump, since it is the shortest workout since W3 as this post explains healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it.

Slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, take run 3 of week 5 slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ.

Did it today. Start slow, stay slow, enjoy the after glow! :-)

The coach breaks it down into 5 minute groups, so it’s not hard to speed up for the last 5 if you feel like you still have the energy for it. As long as you keep moving one foot in front of the other, and keep your pace, you will smash it.

Thanks!! Will take your advice. R2 today felt much more about mental strength so breaking it down makes sense. And congratulations. Bet you feel good about completing it!

It’s great running again. I’m using C25K as rehab from a rugby injury last year, so my biggest fight is with my head telling me to go faster one minute and then wanting me to give up the next. I just try to slice the run into manageable parts and tick each one off as I do it - even I can stay disciplined for 5 minutes. :-)
