Have you tried Vaseline or a plaster on it?

Use a blister plaster - Scholl or Boots are the best as they seem to adhere better than cheaper ones and the padding will be more comfortable on your scar.

I’m not sure you should use a blister plaster as it contains chemicals to react with a blister. That might effect your scar. Did you use bio oil while it was healing? If not I’d try using that every day. When running, some people have found that putting micro pore tape on the affected part really works. Good luck.

Have you tried running socks? They're stupid prices for socks, but good ones have 2 layers. So the sock layers rub against themselves rather than your skin. They're also great for sweat wicking so you don't get chafing and rubbing. I also have some scars on my ankles and feet and before mine got lost in the wash (probably stolen by a younger brother when I went home!) they were great x
