So I had an extra rest day mainly due to the fact that I had a very heavy work day - starting with early meetings and going on late. But deep down I knew it was an excuse so I got myself out at 7am this morning to make sure I got my run in. 🏃♀️
The run itself was fine, as ever I always find the first 5mins hard but usually get into a rhythm after that. Felt strong in the second half. But since then I have a really stiff knee joint. No pain but if I sit still then I seize up. Any clues? Any ideas on what I can do? I so don’t want to get injured and really want to start W8 on Saturday.

Do you have any resistance bands? They are cheap and easy to buy online. I've been using mine for hip, knee and ankle exercises as I have no access to weights during lockdown. They are very effective, I will certainly be carrying on with them in the future. There are plenty of exercises out there on the internet.
