I am buzzing!! I just completed this run in full up all the hills and I was practically dancing to my tunes during the cool down walk!!!! So so so happy and proud of myself!!! Three weeks ago I would have never believed I am actually enjoying this!!!! Thanks for all your support everyone.

Yep. That is my goal for Saturday!! What this is proving to me is that as long as you keep trying you will make the next step eventually. This isn't a race, this is taking time to better yourself. I try to remember on the days I am not feeling it, or didn't do as well as I had hoped, at least you went out and tried. So that is my plan for Saturday ☺ Going for it with me on Saturday and we can see how we do 😀 x
Just completed run as had poorly tummy at weekend but did it and feel fantastic 😊 Thought i might struggle but I actually carried on and did another run for two minutes instead of walk at end !!!! So pleased we both did it !!!
Excellent!!! Although make sure you do a good cool down stretch 😁 Well done!! I am doing run 2 in a bit buy a slightly different route so we will see how that goes 😁 👏
