After posting last week about only being able to do 5 out of the 7 60 seconds runs for my first day I successfully completed week 1 on Monday and today did the first day of week 2! I am so proud of myself, I’ve never been able to run before and I have always hated the idea of exercise and running and now I look forward to waking up to go for a run. It is still a challenge but I can feel myself get that little bit better even after only 4 days. So happy I started this 😊😊😊😊

So happy to be reading this, well done Em for getting back out there and sticking with it, you are on your way! 👏💪
Don't forget, you are in control of this program, so any time you struggle to finish a run, you can repeat it. (Although I think week 1 is unusual with so many stops and starts)
Happy running! 😊
