Best trainers please?

I would like to purchase some new running trainers, the ones I have currently are Nike & had good support but they’ve had their day I think!! Any suggestions welcome. Thanks, Lauren x

Lolsytom if the Nike brand work, perhaps that should be a good starting point to look at as replacements? As iannodatruffe said though, that guide will help, have you had gait analysis? Very worth while!!

Obviously you won't be able to have gait analysis at the moment. If it's not urgent you could wait or if it is, I would suggest you repeat buy your Nikes, as you know they fit and suit you.

If you can wait for gait analysis do so, if not buy what you know has worked and don't forget to have a bigger size than you actually need.
