I only started c25k yesterday and today although I’m a bit stiff ( which I expected) what I didn’t expect today was the top of my left thigh at the front feels a bit like it’s bruised! Is this his normal? I normally walk anywhere 3-10 miles a day with my dogs so I didn’t think that a few mins running would have such an impact!!
Have I done something wrong?
I followed the advice given and started with a 5 min brisk walk and then 8 cycles of 1m slow run, 1 1/2m brisk walk and finished with a 5 m slow down walk followed by the NHS websites recommended stretches.
I don’t think I’ll be able to go again tomorrow but really want to keep going.
