Well I’ve moved on to W2. Thank you so much to all those who sent encouragement and liked my first post ‘can I do this?’ Well I’m still here, and feel ok about today’s walk/run. I.5 minutes didn’t seem to last much longer than 1 min. My route is a mix of gradients. I’m still finding the uphills a struggle to keep going, but I did. Swapped to Jo, after reading another post. She’s great, I really felt she empathised with how difficult I was finding it. Thanks again to you all for just being on the app, great support.

I did w2r1 this morning aswell. Sarah is my coach. Think the last 10 secs of each run I kept asking her where she was, and then as if by magic she appeared!! Good luck for your next run.
