O wow well done! What an achievement so far! I have been bouncing on and off c25k for ages... The weather gets nice, I start the program, I slowly work my way up to managing a 5k ( takes me longer than 9 weeks though, and the eventual 5k takes me about 40 minutes!), then the weather gets worse, I take a few weeks off, and I end up starting again from the week 5 runs! I can honestly say that no, I am not doing the elliptical or anything more than yoga stretches on non- run days - I couldn't! So, in a nutshell, hats off to you, you're doing amazingly well and I wish you good luck xxx
